How to install

    Download the zip file

    Click the download button above. Your browser will save via-keyboard-extension.zip to your downloads folder.

    Unzip the file

    Double-click the zip to extract it. You'll get a folder called via-keyboard-extension — keep note of where it is.

    Open Chrome Extensions

    In Chrome, navigate to chrome://extensions in the address bar and press Enter.

    Enable Developer Mode

    Toggle on Developer mode in the top-right corner of the extensions page.

    Load the extension

    Click Load unpacked (top-left), then select the via-keyboard-extension folder you extracted in step 2.

    Done — Via is live

    The Via icon will appear in your Chrome toolbar. Click any text field on any page to see the Via button appear. Make sure you're signed in at viatonecraft.com/app for full functionality.

Note: Because this is a developer-mode extension (not from the Chrome Web Store), Chrome may show a warning that says extensions are unmanaged — that's expected. Your extension stays loaded until you remove it or clear developer extensions.
